The 2025 version of the Infrastructure REIT projects industry coverage list includes a total of 15 major industries, including facilities in purban renewal, hotels, sports venues, commercial office facilities and other industrial fields and property types.其中：商业办公设施包括大城市、特大城市超甲级、甲级商业建筑项目；养老设施包括依法登记备案的养老项目与民政部门；城市更新设施包括旧街区、旧工厂的更新改造项目，以及涵盖上述多种物业类型的城市综合设施项目。李超此前表示，随着REITs基础设施不断拓展，国家发改委将继续加强与证监会的合作，进一步优化申请推荐流程，动态提升经济活力。国家发改委固定资产投资司副司长关鹏表示，将全力推动第一批新增房地产类项目清单。据介绍，截至目前，国家发改委已向证监会推荐项目共计105个。项目方面，已发行上市项目83个，涵盖10个行业18个业态收费公路、清洁能源、城市供热、生态环保、仓储物流、工业园区、数据中心、住房租赁、水利、消费基础设施等。销售资金总额2070亿元，预计新增项目总投资将超1万亿元。
